Shipping policy

Badges with the Prompty logo and non-custom cards generally ship within 1-2 business days.

For custom orders, we are currently experimenting with fulfilling reduced minimum order quantities to be able to serve more customers. This may result in shipment times taking as long as our manufacturer requires us to batch orders to meet minimum order quantities.

Custom badge orders of 10 or units, and custom card orders of 5 or more units, take 5-7 business days to ship.

Custom badge orders of less than 10 units, and custom card orders of less than 5 units, may take up to 15 business days to ship depending on where the order falls into the batch sequence.
